Нeat treatment:

Annealing (750 ±15)⁰C, cooling inside the furnace or cooling in air. Steel is heated to (680±15)⁰Ctemperature and held for 2 hours cooling inside the furnace or cooling in air.

Surface quality:

On the surface of the bars there should be no captivity, cracks, flaws, sunsets, shells and slag inclusions;

Ultrasonic testing on two sections from the batch.
